Can I restore bone growth to deep pockets to avoid tooth extraction?Updated 8 months ago

In regards to restoring bone and avoiding tooth extraction, I've got a great story to share! My good friend actually lost 8 teeth in a car crash and had serious jaw decay from an infection, and within 7 months he had fully repaired the hole in his jaw through high-dose vitamin D3 and our Tooth Restore supplement. Man, my favorite story about the incredible healing power of our bodies to date!! The same kind of healing can be done with teeth as with the jaw.

The photo on right is his upper jaw pre-vitamin D, with the black showing the lack of bone. The left-hand x-ray shows the jaw bone, which was fully restored 7 months later.

So personally, I would take 6 of each supplement (or more) and even add some vitamin D3, because what you're trying to do is absolutely provide the nutrients needed to build back bone.

Here's what he did: "I was supplementing with high levels of Vitamin D3, based on the recommendation of a colleague. Prior to this period, I was highly deficient in vitamin D (15 ng/ml), much like the rest of our indoor lifestyle population. I did 50,000 IU / day for 10 days to increase D3 levels, which were chronically low, then 10,000 IU / day to maintain thereafter."

I suggest also increasing your Vitamin D levels with sensible sunshine alongside the D3 in our supplement. You can also improve your K2 levels by eating animal fats, like fish eggs, butter, tallow, etc., and fermented veggies.
